Alpha Beta Christian College Co Curricular
Alpha Beta students are exposed to a wide range of co-curricular activities which students are expected to actively participate in. These include:

ABCC is a member of ISSAG the International Schools Sports Association of Ghana and our basketball, football, and swimming teams participate in several inter-school matches and competitions both on our school grounds and away.

Our students have the opportunity to take up Art, Music, Drama and Horticulture.

Over the years, our students have participated in the Mini United Nations Mock Summit as well as going on several educational trips and camping expeditions. Local and international excursions and field trips are organised regularly to enable our students see practical aspects of the curriculum and gain international exposure.

Culture Tours
In 2008, a group of 34 students and 6 staff took part in a U.K./Paris Culture Tour. As well as exploring the tourist attractions of London and Paris, they attended a week-long Christian camp where they had the opportunity do several fun activities, interact with other young people from different cultures and share Gods word.

In 2011 a group of 25 students and staff took part in a UK culture tour. Pupils had the opportunity to attend a Christian camp as well as seeing some of the historic sights of London. These included Madame Tussauds, the London Sealife Centre, the London Zoo, the London Dungeons and the London Eye.

Community Service
Our college students are actively encouraged to participate in community action projects through ACT (Alpha Beta Charitable Trust) which enables them to develop their skills in planning, entrepreneurship, public relations and leadership. They are encouraged to see projects through from beginning to end. This experience helps them to look critically at some of the developmental challenges facing our nation and come up with ways in which they can help to solve some of the problems.
